Hi does anyone know of any sweet deserts I can eat with type 2 diet controlled, I hate yoghurt and creme fraiche

It depends how low carb you need to go but an occasional small chocolate eclair is generally considered to be a better choice of desert than most others when it comes to low carb. You can make a low carb mug cake and use it cut into cubes with berries and sugar free jelly to make a sort of trifle with whipped cream. If you want to do it properly you could even make a proper custard with eggs and cream, rather than custard powder and milk but I usually can't be bothered and just have the jelly, fruit, sponge and cream. Mostly I have some nice cheese to follow my meal rather than dessert these days, often with a small glass of wine or port.

Some lovely keto cheesecakes as well on the web or all the desserts @rebrascora mentioned.

I'm a big fan of cheese for dessert but also love sugar free jelly or blueberries with whipped cream.
