Hello

I am going desert trekking in November and as a recent convert to trekking would like to know if anyone else has done anything similar and has any advice for me. I am type 2 but recently started on insulin so I am a bit worried about hypos.

It will be just me, a friend and our local guide for about 3-5 days in the desert so any advice would be welcome.

Many thanks in advance
