I've been for a check up at the dentist this morning. Although I rarely need anything doing, beyond a scrape and polish, I still find it a little stressful due to bad experiences as a child. I tested just before I went in and was 6.0. When he had finished I showed him the Libre and tested again - it was 5.8! 🙂 So, obviously not very stressful after all! 🙂
