I went to bed last night with a reading of 6.4, this was 2 hrs after final food intake. On rising this morning it is 15?
Question is should I eat or wait until this reading has reduced?
Thanks

I would re check that reading if it seems very out of kilter with what you might expect. You may have had something on your finger or a dodgy strip.
What would your morning reading normally be ?
