DAS pass at Disney

Has anyone gotten a DAS pass at disneyworld florida due to their diabetes.
It seems a extremely good reason to me but I'm unsure what to expect from their questions
 
I would be amazed if their questions were much more than do you want to declare a condition and ever do you need from us.

I can’t imagine they would put potential clients through the mill.

Fire off an email to the disabilities support team and ask them what they need to know and how they can help and take it from there I’d say.

Hi - I know this is old message, but did you make any progress with this? I am due to go in July and have the same question. Annie 🙂
 
We're going at the end of March so still.unsure....I will try the online video to guest services first
