Dapagliflozin side effects

Is anyone experiencing side effects from Dapagliflozin. I am concerned that my partner is losing muscle bulk and struggling with back ache

There's long list of known side effects, have a look at the instruction page.
My consultant wanted me to try it for type 1, though said I must be vigilant. In the end I only took them for 1 week without any side effects before I took up looping, you can't loop on them.
