I'm not too sure if it is ok to post an external link to the Daily Mail. A friend sent this to me today to let me see the recipes and the book. It's a recipe book by actor Robin Ellis he is a Type 2 diabetic.

Hope someone will find the link useful, I ordered the book from Amazon (best value) if it's not ok to post this please feel free to delete my post
