Is there any over the counter remedy without sugar that I can buy for cystitis.

Could I use bicarbonate of soda?

I would check with your pharmacy but something like Cystopurin may be suitable and unlikely to have a huge amount of sugar.
Be sure that it is not a urinary tract infection which would require specific antibiotics.
