TUCSON - Forty members of a group of athletes with Type-1 diabetes came together to build bicycles for children in the Boys and Girls Club of Tucson.
The Team Type-1 professional cycling team and development cycling team built eight bikes at Lowes Ventana Canyon this morning - the bikes will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club this evening at 7 p.m., according to a news release from the group.
