A new way of setting up clinical trials means research projects at Croydon University Hospital will be quicker and easier to get started.
There are currently 41 research trials running at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust with ?194,000 of funding from the Comprehensive Local Research Network (CLRN).
Patients across Croydon have now the opportunity to volunteer to be involved in ground breaking work and to receive potentially cutting-edge treatments.
