Almost want to cry. I'm just making a chicken stove top one pot wonder with chicken thighs and veg along with celeriac chunks. It looks and smells great but your recipe sounds even better mark. All in the timing though
 
I was going to add some celeriac to this recipe. But i forgot.😳
 
I take it back. My one pot affair was really tasty and better, enough for tomorrow
