Hmm, might give it a go then.🙂

That looks yummy. may have to try that one myself.

Found this recipe:
http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/6981/creamy-chicken-and-broccoli-bake--super-low-fat-.aspx?o_is=LV

I know it's low fat, but I was going to use full fat replacements. I was just worried about the condensed chicken soup, whether it is carby or not. Trying to find something for dinner tonight.🙂

Mark, if you're using MyFitnessPal to track your food diary, then you can always use the Recipe section, and either import the recipe, from the url, or build it yourself, based on your known ingredients.

Once you have imported the recipe, I find I need to do a bit of tidying up, so that the software can interpret it well. From there, the site will do your carb and calorie counts, per serving. You can try swapping elements, if you like to do something using more or less cheese, say. You can also use the same functionality to do the calculations on your existing meals/recipes.

Finally, always sense check the outputs from MFP as sometime it can throw a wobbly, adding the wrong ingredients, but it's just being sensible and easier than trying to work through it on your own.

Thanks. Never thought of using My fitness pal. Doh!

There's more carb in the low fat soup than the ordinary! - 22g in a can of low fat whereas 19.8g in the normal one! LOL I dunno about the mayo as we only ever have the full fat.

That's why I was going to do a full fat version.🙂 I think low fat mayo has more oil in it, so still probably more carbs than full fat.

As I said in the "Tesco idiocy" thread the other day, low fat nearly always means high carb. 😱

I scarcely think anyone needs to concern themselves over the extra carbs in this partic case Mark - esp as the recipe feeds more than one, LOL

Actually, ending up not having it for dinner. Had chicken kebabs instead. Will try it sometime.
