I love cheese, crackers and raw veggies for lunch however I find my blood sugar hates them. Does anyone know of any crackers that won't ?

Carr's Water biscuits don't seem to upset my BGs too much. Oatmeal crackers work pretty well too, though with them I tend to buy the ones made by a local baker because they don't have too many additives.

There's a shortage of Carrs at the moment, I think, the factory was in Carlisle and got flooded. Just discovered they make ginger biscuits there as well, and can't get any of them at the mo (they're my favourite 'might be going hypo so need a biccy' treat) and custard creams, but I never saw the point of them.

Ooh, I hadn't thought of that. I bought a couple of boxes late last year and still have one unopened so I hadn't looked.
