The Wisconsin parents who prayed for their diabetic daughter instead of seeking medical help when she was dying were properly convicted of homicide, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled.
Madeline Kara Neumann, 11, died of undiagnosed diabetes at her home in Weston on Easter Sunday in March 2008.
Prosecutors said that her parents, Dale and Leilani Neumann, chose to pray rather than call a doctor, when their daughter became too weak to speak, eat or walk.

Not many things render me speechless but the law in Wisconsin just has.

It may be different if you are a sane (ish) adult able to make that decision yourself but to impose it on a child ?
