An countywide online survey has been launched seeking residents? views on healthy weight and what it means to them.
The survey runs to Sunday September 15. Everyone who completes the survey can be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten ?10 high street vouchers.
It can be found on the West Sussex County Council website at www.westsussex.gov.uk ?live consultations? in the ?have your say? section.
The survey looks at issues such as healthy living, weight loss services and perceptions of what healthy weight actually is.
