Having been ignored and had little or no support😡 from my doctor over the last 6 years I am now counting down to doing my DESMOND on the 20th.🙂

Also got the diabetic clinic on October 8th🙂
 
Hurrah! Nor long to go now Caroline - it will be interesting to see how much more you know than the instructors after 6 years 😉
 
I have the collective knowledge of this forum and I fully intned to take along some leaflets to hand out and ask the instructor/trainer to put the poster up.
