WYCOMBE District Council has defended its ranking as the fifth worst performing local authority in monitoring food hygiene standards- as it said this was due to an admin error.
A Which? survey looked at 395 local authorities in the UK and, using the latest data they submit to the Food Standards Agency (FSA), ranked how they are performing on food safety enforcement.
WDC was ranked as the fifth worst at making sure businesses in south Bucks are complying with food hygiene rules.
