No. Vit C deficiency is rare in people who eat a normal diet, as it is in many foods, even spuds. And despite this, if you take excess Vit C in the form of supplement, you wee out any Vit C that your body doesn’t need. (That’s the reason why folk who take excess Vit C for treating colds are wasting their money)
