Hiya everyone have been type 2 for 16.years and iam beyond afraid of this coronavirus the anxiety feels crippling at times I work in a shop and the thought of not going to work worries me so much I can't work out if iam in the catogery of the 12 week isolation or not my deibetes is controlled well iam fit and active I don't have blood pressure or colestrol and no heart problems so when I try and think of a positive I think of this but most of the time it's all negitve thoughts

Hello Elaine, welcome to the forum. If you haven't any underlying issues you should be okay, try not to worry. Easier said than done I know. Sometimes I'm quite overcome with fear for about five minutes then I think rats, there's no point worrying. I'm more worried about all the accompanying stuff that goes with it, rather than the actual illness.
