People in Cornwall are told to avoid going to A&E unless it is vital.
It is as the emergency department at the Royal Cornwall Hospital is still in high demand.
Treliske was on black alert last month because of A&E pressure and bed blocking.
We are still being encouraged to use the 111 helpline, GPs and out of hours services instead.
Dr Iain Chorlton, Governing Body Member at NHS Kernow, said: "Our message is simple - if you have a serious medical emergency, go to A&E or dial 999, for everything else, call your GP or if your GP is closed, dial 111.
