Thank youHello @32pasa, welcome to the forum.
For low carb recipes I sometimes use 'The Diabetes Weight-Loss cookbook'. As well as a range of recipes it also had some useful general guidelines at the front section. It is based on the reduced carb style of eating as recommended by Dr David Unwin.
Thanks for that, this is the main reason for my post, to get people’s recommendationsJust be careful. I've seen a few books for diabetes cooking that recommend high levels of carbs.
Thank youI love the Tom Kerridge Dopamine diet book which has loads of low carb recipes in.
Thank youYou can also try the Diabetes UK ‘enjoy food’ resources, but bear in mind that those are not specifically low carb, and are designed to suit people following a wide variety of dietary approaches

Great book - a number of recipes from it are on our menu list. I also cook from his Loose Weight for Good and Fresh Start books with modifications if they are carb heavy. We are having Chicken, Tomato and Mascarpone tonight and Basil and Spinach Pesto Courgetti tomorrow - both from Loose Weight for Good.I love the Tom Kerridge Dopamine diet book which has loads of low carb recipes in.
