Hello all, Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Glucomen Aero N & Glucomen Aero H.

I suspect it may be a different level of glucose in the control solution so N stands for Normal and H stands for High so you should get a reading of say 6mmol/l for N and 10mmol/l for H. This is an assumption/speculation as I can't actually find any info other than Amazon which says they are both out of stock.
