I wanted to test my meter with the control solution but it came up with an error. I tried 3 strips all came up the same. Can anyone come up with an explanation please? The reason I wanted to test is I have 2 meters, a Bayer Contour which I've used for ages and a Tees2 the Contour give a reading of 5.3 and the Tees2 7.6!
 
When did you get the control solution from either Spirit or Bayer, whichever one you tested and is it still in date?
 
I would ring the meters company helpline i have found them helpful when i have contacted in the past.
