So...on the basis of what I've experienced so far with the Libre2 I've ordered 2 more sensors so Abbott's free trial has worked.
I have to say I have been slightly overwhelmed with the amount of information that it provides but I find I want MORE.
I have also spent hours watching youtube videos, webinars (thankyou for linking to them @everydayupsanddowns) etc on interpreting the data especially the AGP which I find fascinating. (3hrs on youtube last night!)
I have only altered one thing in my approach to my management, as a result of comments on here rather than as a result of the sensor, and that is to bolus earlier.
I'm trying to adopt the attitude of wait till the end of the sensor to make any alterations to my management. It would be nice to have the input of someone experienced in looking at the data which I may try and take up with my GP next week but that might take some time. Whilst I fully accept that my diabetes is something I have to manage on a day to day basis I'm pretty fed up with just seeing a HCP once every six months and I'm going to start pushing for a bit more help.
And, lastly, I feel like a complete novice again but to approach my diabetes with a beginners mind is no bad thing I think.
