had my appointment with Dr Temple today im getting my insulin back shes going to get in touch with my psychiatrist and gp first to see how they feel about it. She did say they may have it so that the district nurse comes in and gives me the insulin or my gp gives me just a small amount of insulin at a time. Shes also putting me under the intensive treatment clinic as my HbA1c has been over 9% the last 2 times i have gone there. This means the dsn doctors dietician will see me much more frequently over the next 18 months. so i should be back on insulin within the next couple of weeks. She did talk about the overdosing but i was very honest about it and i felt i came away having been really listened to and with some hope about my future diabetic treatment.

i had to see my gp about something today told him about going back on insulin and he said i know you need to be on insulin how are we going to keep you safe so told him what dr temple said about only having 2-3 days worth at a time hes not a happy bunny due to what happened last time
 
I hope you can find a solution between you that will help you and keep you safe from harm Gail 🙂
