Consultant results in

Morning Everyone
I got my results from the consultant yesterday i was referred because of high Triglycides which were 13 should have been 1.5. That was the October blood test, i have had two since 1st January and came back as 2 and my HBAC1 80 ( i can deal with that coming down) colestral 2 and my blood pressure has come down dramatically so overall im very happy with that, just like to point out i havnt had a drink in January so you can guess what the problem was, but anyway im going to live lol, i think a piece of Black Forests Gateaux is in order lol mmm maybe not, but if you all say i can have some it will justify it lol

I think Mark? had a recipe for low carb black forest gateau on the recipes in the forum. I tried that one, but it took two attempt to get it right. I am not a natural cook!

If you want a quick low carb chocolate cake, low carb megastore have a mix in their sale for 99p. It’s out of date, which is why it’s in the sale, but I tried it and found it very palatable with fruit and cream. Very quick to make too. The cakes are very small so you might want a few packs if making a full scale gateau!
