Yesterday, this started off not so good first they had to go and find my files in some other office and waiting to be seen to get weighed and blood preassure develped a realy bad headache,by the time she asked me to do a urine sample i was desperate to go anyway,back to waiting room for to waite again eventualy went in to see the doc, more confussion he had me down as a new patient and said i should of been there at two o clock my letter said 4.10 i was right he found all my files on computer and cleared up the confussion .
my levels are not good so he has increased my levemir to 23 units for one week and then 24 units,checked my feet and they are in pretty good shape nerve wise and he is getting on to my GP about test strips.

Your appointment doesn't sound well organised, but I'm glad it got sorted in the end.

Hi Carole, it's so frustrating when appointments as so badly organised and you end up waiting around like that! I hope you got an apology for the confusion and delay. Great to hear that your feet are in good condition, and I hope that the increase in levemir helps you get your numbers nicely in range. You certainly shouldn't have a problem getting extra strips, so I hope that goes more smoothly than this appointment! 🙂
