I don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid, but I know that it can certainly work the other way. If your bgl are usually on the high side then you will likely be quite dehydrated which could make constipation more likely or worsen it.

Thank you Lucy. I have Fibromyalgia which gives me IBS and usually chronic DH so to have Constipation like this is rather novel but not at all welcome!! I do always drink a lot of fluids so maybe I'll put a call into my nurse. x
