Relationship to Diabetes

For the past week my first bg has been between 9-11
I had reduced it to low 6s, I eat low carb, nothings changed, is this normal. I'm not worried just confused ty xx
 
Quite a few people are seeing raises at the moment.
Typical reasons are the weather and recent jabs (flu and covid booster).
Other reasons could be stress, bad night's sleep, ...
 
Hi Anbemcc, fluctuations are normal as there are many factors that impact BG levels that may not be obvious.

I'd keep an eye on it for the next few days and if things continue, see if you can have a chat with a diabetic nurse or similar for their thoughts.
