Have been all over the internet and seems to be so confusing ...
My question is how many carbs can i have in one meal.....
I have worked out that if i have 100gms of each cauliflower...broccli....chicken breast i have worked it out at 5grms each of the veg and zero grms for the chicken......am i correct and how many carbs in a day is right...

To be honest, there is no one answer... It all depends on what our bodies can tolerate, that is why testing is so important; it's all about what our BG readings are. As a rule of thumb, lower carbs are good, how low you go is entirely up to you (given your BG readings), look for no more than 2-3mmol rise between before eating & 2 hours after.
