Evening, bit confused by my readings tonight, did my readings at 6.30 and was 4.6, had my tea and did my insulin. Was going to have a shower and decided to check my bloods before just in case and they were 8.8, had my shower and spent some time in the bunnies bedroom with them and felt a bit shaky, went and checked bloods again and they were 2.8, why woyld they of gone down that much in just over an hour ? Could it be to do with the fact that i like a hot shower and that affected it ? X

Yes, a hot shower or bath can speed up the insulin @kellie01 I tend to time mine to avoid that, especially in the evening,
