I have not been having much success with the hand under my elbow technique unfortunately, but think I have found a solution that works for me

I bought an arm band to keep my sensor in place because i was catching it, so I came up with the idea of tucking something in the band.
I found some large foam bendy rollers a friend had given me and hadn’t used,
I bent one in half and tuck it in right behind the sensor which lifts my arm up enough to stop me squashing my sensor and are soft so not uncomfortable.

I think they were from primark, but I think you can buy them in superdrug, amazon.

Hope this helps anybody else having this problem thats as wriggly as me
