Add a dash of Dijon and some spices, a bit of onion and anything else that takes your fancy.

Red cabbage, carrot, onion, full fat mayo & a touch of horseradish sauce.

The French sell a nice one in their supermarket which has no oinion, but not sure what else is in their apart from carrots and cabbage, don't like the oinion in their

I use Hellmans, but add a little apply cider vinegar (or balsamic, or white wine vinegar), which just loosens it up a bit. Other than that, white cabbage, carrot, red onion and anything in the fridge that looks like it would work.

Usually quick & tasty....
Shredded white & red cabbage
Organic Mayo with Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (2:1 ratio) & lightly coat the cabbage with the mayo.
Sometimes a few drops of liquid stevia if I want it a little sweeter to go with the meal.

Can anyone remember Coleslaw without mayo? Remember it seem very popular once but no longer see it anywherr
