I am having trouble with cold feet. I use a circulation booster to try and keep good circulation in my feet and lower legs. I have good sensation in both feet. Has anyone got any ideas what I can do to help?

Plenty pairs of socks woolen ones best and maybe try a hot water bottle

A heated gel pack may also give you some warmth..

Are they cold during the whole day or just part of it?
Having a nice warm bath before bed could be a suggestion also...mind you thats more of a temperary suggestion

I have this problem too - my feet are fine but they can go like blocks of ice, particularly in the evening and at night in bed. I have an electric blanket and I sometines put it on at the lowest level which seems to help at night. If you use a hot water bottle, make sure it's not too hot!

Has your thyroid function been checked? If not might be worth asking.

What Sue said!! LOL

If it's just a TFT test they do, and it's much above 3.0 - you could easily be hypothyroid.

I have to wear slippers most of the time now, even in summer to stop my feet going cold. Have plenty of socks handy, and bed socks for night time wear. I find it helps to avoid walking across cold floors and where possible keep out of draughts.

I have cold feet all day every day and docs have never really known why. Hopefully they can figure out why with you, and let me know how! 🙂

Part of my disability is extremely cold feet . I wear 3 pairs of socks in the winter, bed socks in bed. I bought some toe protectors from Betterware last year they are great keeping my toes warm.

I am prone to Chillblains and my toes go blue if cold.
