Can drinking decaf coffee with sweetener affect BG? I drink loads throughout the day?

Depends if you use milk and if so what kind.
The coffee doesn't contain carbs but the milk usually does. Caffeine can increase your levels a bit, particularly if you are drinking more than one cup, but if you are using decaf then the milk is the only possible source of carbs and therefore a potential BG increase.

I agree with @rebrascora - not likely much of a BG impact apart from the milk.

When I was first diagnosed and on fixed doses and amounts of carbohydrate I was given an allowance of 10g in carbs throughout the day for milk in tea and coffee - so while one cup is unlikely to have much impact, having a lot can soon build up especially if you take it quite milky.

Ditto Mike and my daily dose of 11 marks of porcine Ultralente took the daily milk allowance into consideration. And there was only one sort of milk - ie cow's full fat delivered in one pint bottles to your doorstep by the Co-op (etc) every day.

I limit my coffee to just am and after work about 6.30pm.
