A couple who support a diabetes charity in India are holding a bring and buy coffee morning on Saturday (October 20).
Allan and Mary Hayes are holding the event at Henlow Methodist Church from 9.30am onwards.
The couple, who live in Henlow will be raising money for The Dream Trust, a charity which gives free insulin to children with diabetes in India.
Mary and Allan will also be visiting Nagpur in India to give useful gifts to children there who are diabetic.
Mary said: ?The children have diabetes and cannot survive without insulin.
?Before the trust was set up many families could not afford to buy insulin and children, particularly the girls would die.?
