if you plan to bake more cupcakes, I recommend investing in silicon cases. They can be used again and again and again and again and … and there is less waste. I was given some about 5 years ago and they are still going strong.

I adapted the recipe from the chocolate chip muffins one on sugarfreelondoners website, substituted the chocolate chips for chopped walnuts and added in a couple of spoons of instant coffee.
