Hi guys

I know that if you have read my other posts it sounds like I'm fine with coeliac but there is just one thing!

When I am out with freinds and they get stuff to eat say if we were at a cinema they might get a pasty to eat before we go in, and of course I cannot do things like that and lots of the time we have to plan before we go out.

Cheers

Dan

Simple solution would be to take something you can eat with you 🙂
