A COELIAC sufferer has left her job in teaching to set up her own gluten free restaurant in the heart of Leeds.
Victoria Hall, 27, packed up her job as a teacher to open 2 Oxford Place, which is nestled next to Leeds Town Hall.
She said: “A lot of places are offering gluten free but there is always a risk of cross-contamination and you can’t always be 100 per cent safe and free from gluten.
“I just wanted to give people that peace of mind.
“I am coeliac myself and it was always a case of ‘what can I have’ rather than ‘what would I like to have’?
“There doesn’t have to be a difference.”

I wish her every success! 🙂
