Anyone got any ideas as to what foods I can safely eat that is not high in carbs. The only fruit I can eat is orange and banana, I cant eat raw veg but luckily love my cooked veg. I cant eat nuts, seeds or lentils, and of course I can't have gluten and wheat. I feel like my head is spinning with new information and what is and isn't suitable for me. Thanks in advance

Thank you

I also have type 2 diabetes and Crohns. it is a bit of a balancing act. what one likes the other doesnt! But what I dont like is my diabetes nurse says I can only have 2 pieces of fruit a day and I love fruit but guess I understand re natural sugars I do things like peel apples, dont eat too much of a jacket potato skin etc. With me it was trial and error and was also advise to eat a variety of breads - wholemeal all the time is just too much for the Crohns!
