ONE of the Cynon Valley?s biggest football teams is putting its best foot forward to raise cash for diabetes sufferers.
Aberaman Athletic AFC are organising a sponsored walk to raise money for Diabetes Peer Support, which works within the Cynon Valley to raise awareness of the condition.
Diabetes is widely recognised as one of the biggest health threats in Rhondda Cynon Taf. Last week alone, there were five new cases of diabetes in children in the region.
