Please can someone find me the closest things in this meal?
The restaurant is one of the american style ones and doesn't have a nutritional information list for carbohydrates.

Well it’s only really the skin-on fries you need to worry about @mum2westiesGill Has your app got those? If not, look at other larger chain restaurants who do similar fries. Failing that, think about when you have fries at home and how many carbs they have for what size portion.

Closest thing to what?
If you want me to look through your app [Nutracheck] for you, why, are you incapable of searching it yourself?
I notice you are asking almost daily a question about carbs/portion size which considering you have been a member here for some 10 years shows a great lack of understanding you illness.

You may be better served trying to enrol in one of the courses such as:>>

DAFNE: Home

https://dafne.nhs.uk
  1. DAFNE stands for Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating. It aims to help adults with type 1 diabetes lead as normal a life as possible.
Please visit the link and do the course.
The closest thing to what's in that meal like @Inka said about the skin on fries.
There was no need for the nasty reply! You said that I'm asking almost a daily question about carbs/portion size - I'm a person who sometimes needs a little bit of re education or reassurance about certain things - does that matter? I thought this is what the forum was all about ie to help other people like you and I who are diabetic.
FYI I went on a similar course in 2013.

Thank you for your help @Inka - I've checked and my app has got those

I’d go with the McCain’s ones @mum2westiesGill If you’re taking your scales you can weigh your fries and get a good idea of the carbs. Remember you’ll never be 100% accurate so you can only do your best and make a sensible estimate.

Enjoy your food 🙂

Thank you so much for your kind reply and help @Inka 🙂

I'll relax and enjoy my food better now 🙂
