What is the closest mealtimes you've had along with doing carbs and bolus?

I don’t really understand the question. I just take my bolus whenever I eat, which is roughly 3 meals a day plus snacks if I have any, I don’t eat at set times.

Hi @Lucyr - you've answered the question here really by saying that you just bolus whenever you eat. Do you test along with your bolus?

If I’m eating a meal or doing a correction or want to see how my bg is doing then I test. If it’s just a quick small snack and I know my bg feels fine then I might not bother, and I’ll just put the carbs in my meter without a blood test.

I find It depends on how quickly the insulin gets going in my system for that particular meal or even the time of day.
The recommended time for Novorapid is 10 minutes before eating the but some of us find that we need much longer . Their was a time when I needed to inject 50 minutes before brekkie else I shot up into double figures, I only needed 10/15 minutes for other meals . It’s easier to discover these thing if you have a Libre or CGM as you can see what happens when.
At the mo I’m needing to inject immediately before or directly after eating.
Diabetes sure keeps me on my toes lol.

I prefer to test each time

I use accu chek aviva expert meter. You can put carbs into mySugr without testing too though.
Yes that's right re putting carbs into MySugr without testing. I use accu-chek mobile meter.

When you say "and I know my bg feels fine" do you mean if you feel hypo or high?

Well, I feel fine. Not sure if I’m missing the question here
When you feel fine so if you don't feel any hypo symptoms ie dizziness, tingling sometimes in your lips etc and you don't feel high symptoms ie very thirsty....
