Hello am a newbie to insulin. I have a lantus pen that i inject once daily at 6.30pm. Do i have to change this by an hour?

Agh, Mum's got so many clocks! 2 wall clocks, 1 free from bingo chicken alarm clock and a digital alarm just in the bedroom... I hope the smart meter changes by itself, I'm not messing about with that!

It's long acting. An hour here or there won't matter. If 6.30pm is convenient for you just keep to that as the clocks change.
