I went to clinic today. All went well. Consultant was pleased with my results. Hb1ac was 60, or 7.6 in old money. This is down from 8.4 last time. A way to go but at least I am going the right way.
 
That's great news spiritfree, you've had a lot to deal with lately and that is a very good reduction - long may it continue! 🙂

After what you have been through spiritfree, thats a great result to have achieved a reduction. Lets make this the start for a further reduction next visit. Well done my friend.

It's a 10% reduction and that's an achievement in itself.
