Carol got an earlier appointment to the one I made after the last one (5th July). So I phoned the consultant's secretary to ask why. I wondered if one of the tests came back with a problem. She told me because of this new tariff thing, Carol had to come back in June, not July. OK, fair enough.

So yesterday, we went to clinic 1 month early. Her appointment was at 11.15, we left at 12.45😱
During this time, she had her HbA1C done (gone up slightly). The consultant looked at her readings and decided nothing needed to be changed, as the last 3 days readings were ok (previous readings were a bit "red"). Of course the last 3 days readings were ok - we were in London then!!!!!!
We then found out that we still have to attend on the 5th July 😡😱

What a waste of a holiday!!!!!!
