I know mine will 🙂.

I’m blowing a big fat raspberry to that government Christmas lunch .

Well I think I over did it then 😳, never mind I enjoyed most of it (not keen on the carrots but i can however eat them raw lol) x

Well I'm just drip feeding some more insulin in to cope with my two helpings of Christmas pud. Definitely overdid Public Health England guidelines on saturated fat by a factor of about x10 there, not to mention the sugar!

Lovely Christmas dinner - Scallops starter, Traditional main course with 4 roasters (fab), two scoops of Oppo ice cream ( Vanilla and chocolate & hazelnuts) - various beverages. 5.2 pre food - 7.0 after two hours. Lovely jubbly!! Going to celebrate with a super cheese board and a very small glass of port. - Merry Christmas everyone.
