Hey lovelies , what do you guys do food wise for Christmas ???
I find Christmas is going to be a tough one especially now I’m a diabetic type 2 . I know my sugar levels are back to normal but I want to keep it there but I also want to enjoy Christmas foods at the same time . I enjoy my Christmas food way to much . Especially custard if I can’t have custard is there a way to make it low carb ??? Or a substitute , I’m glad I can’t eat pavlova as well that would always make me crook anytime I’d eat it .

I know not to strict myself for Christmas but I would love for pointers and ideas ?
Please and Thankyou

There are tonnes of recipes online for low carb custard. Basically they're all the same - a mix of eggs, double cream, vanilla and whatever sugar substitute you want to use.
