Don't much like dark chocolate but this is 12 wee individual pieces. 3.5 g carb per piece and salted caramel and sea salt ones are lovely. Enough for a wee tasty bite but down side is £3 per box in local coop. Worth it to help having a "something" for those munch moments

Looks delicious! It might be hard to just have one piece though. :D

I take 1 piece to work and am resisting more. I didn't eat it today

I find it useful to keep a little piece of chocolate or a wrapped biscuit in my bag because it stops me feeling deprived when I'm having a coffee out somewhere. These look ideal.

cant say I like dark chocolate but perhaps I should try and develop a taste for it, I have been without chocolate or any sweets or biscuits for nearly four weeks now but the other night I ate a wagon wheel! naughty I know but I haven't had one since trying to stick to fruit
I see this brand in the supermarket though it is expensive, but I don't think I would like the salted caramel one tried it once and did not like it, I might buy some next shop

Dark chocolate is great for making truffles. Just melt 85% choc with double cream, allow to set & roll into balls. Adding rum is very nice.

So do you guys still manage to get in a small bit of chocolate often? I have a fair bit knocking around the house and I don't want to give it all away to my friends!

Quite a few have a square of chocolate or so often but usually the higher % cocoa variety as theres less sugar and carbs in it x

I do Beck...usually before bedtime...or exercise...been having a small kitkat...but...now on the dark chocolate...helps me convince my liver I don't need anymore glucose after exercise...or when I get up after a nights sleep (when I can get one:D).

I had a look for these in Asda, Morrisons and Tesco when I was shopping the end of last month and neither shop had them! They are relatively new though as there are also different flavoured bars available, I found out about them on the website first, going to try again when I'm getting my shop the end of this month OR hoping Scotmid gets them in as they are getting all their Christmas chocs and that in, let me know if they are any good! x

I/m switching to the darker chocolate for my snack/treat...particularly before exercise...having said that...juts done a couple of miles on the exercise bike...forgot the dam thing...honestly...so irritated...all out push now...HbA1c in two weeks...sure that blasted infection hasn't helped...onwards...shower...then off to drag poor Harry round the park...chocolate beforehand though:D:D:D.

How are you and your face feeling now? I hope Harry gets a treat before the walk too! 🙂 x

I have been getting the 85% from Asda (the one with a hint of Himalayan salt)

Thanks. I like the idea of having some before exercise!

I got a box for friends Xmas so will have to hide it. I have been good and limit to one square. If it was big bag of malteasers I would probably eat the lot

K all I can say is thank goodness for antibiotics...my eye/face was so swollen...almost back to normal now...thank you...don't worry about Harry...he had his treats on his walk...and two dental sticks this afternoon...wonder how many carbs in a dental stick:D:D:D.
