I am struggling to cut down on chocolate, when first diagnosed I was just eating one Freddo mid afternoon now I am tempted to eat more than one chocolate bar I am finding it difficult to find a substitute as I do eat fruit. I just need to find something to snack on that isn't high in sugar.
I do like water biscuits with some cheese but not sure if this is ok.
Just looking for some suggestions please.

Hi Susie,
do you like nuts? If you do how about finding some chocolate covered nuts if you love your chocci so much. This way you get a taste but not so much and a lot less carbs.
Another option have you tried really dark chocolate? A few squares of this might be your answer.

Thank you the suggestion of dark chocolate could be good as I'm sure I wouldn't eat too much.
Love chocolate brazils afraid if I bought some I would eat them all, it is all about will power.
Need to find some
